Rollover clarification

I have a quick question on rollover requirements ...

If I upload $1K and get a 10% bonus with a 3 times rollover does that mean I cannot make ANY type of withdrawl until I hit that three times rollover or just that I cannot touch the bonus amount until I hit the 3 times rollover?

if you make withdrawls before you hit the rollover I believe your bonus will be void, at least thats what happened to me
